§ 5.110.370. Inspections—Qualified individuals.

In the event the mechanical inspector is unavailable for any reason, each member of the mechanical board is authorized to investigate any violations of this chapter and is further authorized to initiate appropriate action in the same manner in which the mechanical inspector is authorized.
