§ 5.110.450. Mechanical contractor's principal place of business in another municipality.

Any mechanical contractor properly licensed in the municipality of his principal place of business in the state may install heating, air conditioning and refrigerating systems within the city without paying the fee for the appropriate certificate of registration as herein provided; provided however, such mechanical contractor shall comply with the rules and regulations as set forth within this chapter including but not limited to obtaining the appropriate certificate of registration.
